Yup he is but he is also a utility infielder/pinch runner and defensive guy. Additionally the Angels are not shuffling a gazillion players back and forth to fill holes. I doubt that the Angels would go to the lengths in terms of roster movement that the O's have to keep Garcia. Just my opinion. Featherston has a role for the Angels and can competently do it. He is not on the team for his bat. Garcia is pretty much useless unless the score is 7-0 either way .

If your going to be a team that utilizes moving guys back and forth between AAA and the MLB team as much as DD does, it seems counterproductive to have a guy on your roster who contributes nothing but cant be moved off the 25 man.
