Been around a little long now to call it a gimmick. Also does great attendance numbers so its not going anywhere despite old geezers crying about it.

I've thought that since the wild card has been implimented, that it should be set up like football. The ultimate playoff scenario is the 8 team bracket that the NHL and NBA have. I'd love that in baseball.

I have no problem with the one game wild-card, if there must be a wild-card. You want to get into a longer series, then win your division. I don't like the unbalanced schedule with the wild-card.

And I hate the interleague play gimmick.

Never minded interleague. It's a fact everyday with a 15-15 league. Do agree on balanced schedule! Would make the season SO much better!
