The Ortiz at bat was weird. He looked like he had Ortiz overmatched, and then he served dessert right where Ortiz wanted it. Have no idea what Gausman was thinking there.

On the topic of the thread title, Gausman threw some nasty breaking pitches tonight. That pitch has been much more consistent during his recent stretch of good pitching.

If Gausman and Bundy stay healthy we could have 2 TOR pitchers in front of Tillman. That has the makings of a very nice rotation. But of course our immediately goal is to salvage the series. The division race is over. Now we need to hold on to 1 of the 2 WC's.
