So at this point, I don't really know what to think anymore.

To get even a somewhat decent pitcher or two, you're giving up most of our remaining "close" to major league farm-hands or major league talent.

Going "all in" almost makes sense now. Even if we don't make a trade, do we have enough in our farm system to be competitive 2018 and after? Trade vs. no trade we may be looking at a bad team vs a really bad team. I would almost rather have the really bad team to replenish our farm system 2018 and after.

I think I would be ok if we go all in. When's the next time we will be 13 games over at this point?

Dodgers got Norris for their 30th best prospect.

Seattle got Leblanc for cash.

Those two aren't world beaters, and TOR wouldn't trade us Leblanc, but that shows you can make moves for guys better than what we have without selling the farm.

Maybe there's another guy in AAA with an opt out that we could trade for.
