If Rob Manfred had any guts, rather than meaningless plaques, he would honor Tony Gwynn's memory by just then announcing a permanent ban in his name on chewing and smokeless tobacco in MLB stadiums and facilities. RIP Tony!

I don't usually watch the all-star game, so I assumed it was the reigning World Serious champ's league? But apparently that's not the case.

They alternate years as home team. NL parks host the game 4 years in a row.

MLB is showcasing newest parks or cities that have not hosted-Marlins stadium next year and Nationals park in 2018
