The Orioles are paying him 650+ in 2017 and have an option at more for 2018.  So, not so cheap. Or deep. Maybe unfortunately. Not like some of the other MiLB signing with invites that you will see.

AA Bullpen: Liranzo

Unless something changes, I think we'll see Drake win the last spot in the MLB pen with Verret, Wilson and Ondrusek being rotated through the most.

Lee is a candidate for the AAA rotation.

Bridwell in now a reliever. 

Garcia probably starts 2017 at AA.

Richard Rodriguez as been sign to relieve at AAA again.

Just was including the guys that were on the 40 man.  Not doing a true depth chart, if so I would've thrown my boy T.Scott in there.  Wasn't sure if Lee was healthy.  Figured Garcia was only starting last year to get the innings that he missed out on by being a rule 5 guy.  Garcia should be back in the pen IMO.  Bridwell might not survive the offseason without getting DFA'd.

1. Trumbo

2. Saunders

3. Pagan

4. Joey Bats

5. Platoon options Bourn, R.Davis, Revere, Crisp, Rasmus, Jackson, Jennings.

He was optioned 5 times in 2015

He was optioned 5 times in 2016

That would make him "Out Of Options"

Trumbo is a DH. Saunders stunk at the end of the season, has only played 500 games twice in his career, and is questionable defensively. Pagan is "meh" personified. Bats is a DH. So yeah, we are desperate. I don't see any good option except via trade and it has been a need ever since Markakis left. Why else have we taken 3 Rule 5 RFs in the last two years?
