Otter, not so worried about not signing Hall.  We would then go ahead and sign Jones and perhaps also Allen and then pick again at 22 next year.  I would be fine with that.  Of course, the draft presented us with a pretty unique opportunity at 21 to land a talent like Hall.  He would be a huge addition to the system.
