Looks like he only throws 85 or so. Perhaps his projection is a LOOGY.

Good selection for a 6th rounder. Looks like no one has taught him how to pitch . . . looks like a thrower. He has some touch though. Some change in mechanics may get him to increase a mile or two on his stuff. I think he rides the high 80s right now.

He could wallow in AA where the competition actually gets a whole lot stronger and be out of baseball by the time he is 27 or he could be a lefty coming out of the pen. Highest I could see him making it is a back of the rotation starter.
