No downside to this. If he can take his time and get it together in the minors we can use him. If he continues to stink, then we cut him. We pay him either way.

I fail to see the benefit of Chris Tillman becoming an acceptable #5 starter as long as we have young prospects who are ready to make the best of the opportunity.
