Well stalking someone is mental abuse but lets see if they are legit charges.

Yet no police charges, hard to say he broke in, as they were married, and I suspect he was paying the bills there.

Also some of the allegations posted on FB have been removed.

There are always 2 sides to these things.

then the truth is probably somewhere in the middle.

It is charged up as a “civil matter,” so there won’t be charges by the police. I don’t know Florida law, so I don’t know what, if any, bearing him paying bills there would have on things.

Ive seen allegations of abuse on both sides of the divorcing couple.

One has anger and wants to totally get their diggs into the other.

I do not tolerate or condone domestic abuse of any kind what soever.

But, I take a dim view of false allegations too. Sadly, even when a person's name is cleared, it really isnt cleared.

I was watching Live PD and the cops were dispatched back to the same residence. The windows were open, and the cops stopped to listen to the wife very loudly tell her hubby, that his arse was going to jail, as she was going to destroy him and she has the marks to prove it, and she laughed, it doesnt matter that you didnt do it. Lucky they heard this, and ended up hauling in her in to see the judge.

This is just an isolated case, and I am sure there are thousands more on both sides of the matrimony bed.

Absolutely a bad look as I said, and possibly criminal. Don't want to minimize it and he should be accountable for anything that happened. Still does not seem to fall under the MLB policy (DV and sexual assault), and in my mind there is a huge line that is crossed when anyone goes from mental to physical. I hope for the sake of all involved that nothing physical happened.

Until there’s some hard evidence, people need to ignore this. My brother is a lawyer, and he is constantly dealing with people who are falsely accused, and once it gets out, it’s out forever, and there are always some idiots who assume guilt. So...I know there’s nothing going on, I know we want stuff to talk about, but unless there’s hard evidence, everyone should shut up.

I hate to see any Oriole mixed up in stuff like this.    I’m not going to speculate whether the claims have any merit.    We’ll learn that in due course, I suspect.
