Is there a lawyer in the house?

So it seems that Eduardo Rodriguez’ Myocarditis is related to his Covid.

It seems reasonable to a disinterested third party that if he had opted out, he-probably-wouldn’t have contracted it, and it also seems logical to a disinterested third party  that He was choosing to play Under the assumption that every reasonable precaution would be taken.

Based on what has happened with the Marlins, I’m wondering if E-Rod and others like him would have a case against MLB, even if they-doubtless-signed hold harmless waivers?

Why would you make that dubious jump in logic?
