The fact that Miley can throw a no-hitter is telling, right? This nosedive in BA can't just be "pitchers are too amazing right now!" because... it's Wade Miley.

But look at Philip Humber's career stats.  HE once threw a perfect game!

Philip Humber was a highly regarded prospect, though, wasn't he? Was he derailed by injuries or something?

Not sure but his career ERA was pretty bad and his career didn't last long
