I'm starting to come around on the Cowser pick - I think he has a good arm for late inning, position player pitching duties in blowouts.

Again, you're not complaining about the rest of the draft picks that Elias made last year, correct?  

He wasn't 2nd overall talent, no.  So far some decent results from the other kids, who we may have taken in some order anyway.  Rumor is the 2nd round overslot kid ME wanted went to Tampa before us anyway.  What we didn't get is someone widely viewed as a top prospect.

But that's the point...we might not have been able to sign the "other kids" if we didn't go underslot with Kjerstad.  

It's a gamble, for sure.  I get why some are mad at the strategy but this is all a giant crapshoot.

Nope.  I'm pretty sure there's a rule against it.  Btw, if they moved Watson or Turner, it'd be to 2nd base.

Nationals get House.  They are like the Ravens, top talent seems to always fall to them in the draft.

I can’t believe he’s lasted this long. I feel like the Brewers might snap him up here. Seems like a player that’s in their wheelhouse. Unless there might be signability issues at this point.

That's a deep cut even for me.  Worth a listen I guess, it isn't long and does some fun stuff later in the song.
