Adley should be a 2-3 WAR player this year.  GROd should be good too.

Really good players are usually good immediately.

Fangraphs projections are something like 60 innings of a 4.30 for Rodriguez and 2-3 WAR for Rutschman.  Freeman has been worth 3-6 wins every year for nearly a decade, and Ray is projected to be a 3-win pitcher in 180+ innings.

So, probably not.

If/when he's called up he'll be on a very short leash.  No chance he pitches 100 MLB innings.

Listening to the interview Elias gave today, he left the impression that Rodriguez could be in the majors the majority of the season.  He indicated we could see some of DL Hall, too.

If Hall is healthy I'd expect to see him simply because he's a pitcher on the 40.  At some point it will probably make more sense for him to get called up for some bullpen innings than to DFA someone.

GRod, if healthy, throws 150ish innings this year between AAA and the majors…and I think a majority will be in the majors.

Id be surprised if he’s not up by mid May.

You think he's going to jump from 103 to ~150 innings?

I have seen nothing from Elias for me to think he's going to allow a roughly 50% increase in IP.
