The Trey Mancini ITP HR will be remembered by this generation of Orioles fans for a LONG time, right up there with all the details you can recall about Delmon Young's double.

Older Orioles fan have their special moments as well.  Let's hear your top ones from prior to 2014.

I'll start with a few:

1. Frank Robinson's run around the bases (1st to 3rd, then home on the SF) to win game 6 of the 1971 WS

2. PH doubles by Lowenstein and Crowley key a 6-run 8th to win G4 of the 1979 WS vs Pirates

3. Jim Kern throws away Lee May's bunt to an empty 3rd base on 6/10/79 to key 3-run rally

4. Decinces 2-run HR on 6/22/79 to beat the Tigers

5. Tito Landrum's HR on Britt Burns' 150th pitch to win 1983 ALCS vs White Sox

6. Devo's 2-run HR caps a 4-run rally to beat the Angels 11-9 on 7/15/89

7. Randy Milligan's 3-run HR gets the Orioles tied from down 6-0 in an eventual 9-8 win with the O's clinging to first in 1989

8. Roberto Alomar's single ties up G4 of the 1996 ALDS vs the Indians with 2 out in 9th

9. Roberto Alomar's HR wins that same game in the 12th

Let's hear yours!

All of those are great. I'm just going to list one that I was there for (and just feet from), as I only make it up to Baltimore once a year.

It was Manny Machado's go-head line drive HR in the 7th inning vs. Boston on Saturday September 29th 2012. It landed just past my outstretched glove a few rows from the wall. The win put them in a tie with the Yankees heading into the final 4 games and when the dust cleared, into the Wild Card game and the Divisional Series, their first playoffs since '97.

It was also Brooks Robinson's statue unveiling day. All the HOF / statue honorees were on hand to congratulate him.

1971 and 1979 have been erased from my memory banks, for obvious reasons.
