I know the offense has had issues, but the starting pitching has to get better to have a legit chance at the playoffs next year. Lyles on a 90+ win playoff team is a fifth (maybe fourth) starter.

Lyles cannot hang with better lineups like the Blue Jays. Next year should get better with Grayson Rodriguez and Means returning from injury. I still want to see Elias sign or trade for a TOR starting pitcher assuming he can spend the payroll.

The sad truth is that this team is several bats and several SP arms away from being a WS contender.   Great season no doubt but mostly bc of pitching over achievement that seems unlikely to repeat.

I want the team to improve more next year, but it's not out of the question next season goes a bit sideways with the Orioles winning 80 to 85 games and miss the playoffs.

A full season of Adley and Gunnar should make a big difference, but there are no guarantees without upgrading the roster. My biggest concern is ownership and the Angelos family infighting screwing up what Elias can accomplish this offseason.

Someone's got to teach announcers how to stop suffocating the games. It's actually often hard to concentrate on the game because you have to spend so much time blocking out the tedious, rushed chit-chat.

I'd like to see two legit arms for the rotation.

I don't necessarily care about the power bats, but I do care about guys that have a good approach.  I am so tired of watching these hacktivists at the plate, it's terrible.

Speaking of, here's Odor.

It's like they all drank a pot of coffee before the broadcast and are wired out of their minds.
