Other than O’Hearn, what castoff is having a career year? If you’re referring to Cano, I believe we still have him under control for 3-4 years.

Perhaps the implication is that we can’t rely on the O’Hearns and Canos to repeat their successes and will therefore have to have some plans B.

The Orioles are 39 games over .500 for the first time since August 29,1997 when they were 85-46. If they win tomorrow, they will be 40 games over .500 for the first time since the end of the 1979 season.
