If there was an actual pattern of Umps showing bias towards the Yankees don't you think someone would have noticed by now?

 

Why did the Umps give German 2 chances after a substance was found on his fingers and he stayed in the game, but Max Scherzer had rosin and sweat and he got tossed and suspension.  On German's next start he got caught with a sticky substance so the Ump tossed him and suspension.  I also heard reports when in 2017 Red Sox and Astros 2018 got caught cheating, they said the Yankees also stoled signs and nobody did anything to them.
