So what's been happenin? Did Hays hit a home run? I took one look at the broadcast and turned it right off because I couldn't subject myself to this pair "calling" the game.

Also, Jim tweeted that he has Covid. I really hope he is OK. He is a treasure and I care about his health.

At the same time, the timing of him catching Covid seems very conspicuous and coincidental. 

Other than one Saturday when I had a family reunion, this is is the first game I have missed in over a year... or at least purposefully chosen to do something else. I see no reason to support MASN with the way they (or their owner) are conducting themselves.

I don't agree w Melanie that Cal looks like he cd still take ML at-bats. Noticed the color O paused a long time before responding--even then, he didn't agree, but just talked about his own getting out of shape.

She seems to be making a real effort to cut back on the shrillness, but her language is still so weird. Flaherty makes a routine play on the grounder and she exclaims, "How about you field your own position, Flaherty?!" It's like she learned English as a 2nd language starting around middle school--just has no ear for idioms.

I feel a suspension is warranted for that negativity.  I believe most of the Hangout would support me.

Orioles have the worst luck at challenges.  So many ones I have thought they were correct on and lost.
