This is obviously huge if it’s serious.

4 straight days of warming up/pitching in the game.

But yea, let’s keep pitching him more!

Hyde just confirmed post game that it is arm discomfort.

It's probably TJ. Guys that throw 100+ are not natural. It happens to all of them.

It isnt lower body, its not back. Hyde said arm discomfort. He was flicking his fingers immediately afterwards which happens with UCL injuries.

Unfortunately my mind went straight to that too. Hope it's not obviously but his reaction after throwing the pitch definitely was a red flag. 

TJ is not just limited to flamethrowers though.

I’ve seen guys not throw as well (tired arm) with overuse but haven’t seen anything substantive that shows there’s an injury risk.

How many pitches and how hard did he throw when warming up?

Wasn’t he pretty rested for several days prior to throwing only 9 pitches on Tuesday?

Well Hyde said arm discomfort. Not gonna freak out just yet.  Could be several things.  Good thing is the pen behind him looks much deeper than a few weeks ago.

Said this in the Felix thread, looks like he popped the elbow. Went through this in HS, saw it right away. Hope to be wrong
