Fans Struck by Stray Bullet at White Sox game

So this happened last night at Guaranteed Rate Field.  Apparently it wasn't a shot fired at the stadium, but was a shot that came in from up to a mile away.

People were speculating that any new stadium talks were still a couple of years away, as their current lease runs through the end of this decade.  I wonder if this accelerates conversation, and if they will eventually decide to move to the suburbs.  Or even another city entirely, though that seems unlikely to me at the moment.

Apparently it was an accidental discharge by a woman who snuck the gun into the stadium by hiding it in the folds of her belly fat.

This plus the Coors Field incident with Acuna has made for a bad week in stadium security.
