Ha, I still don't like these guys not working on their starter's routine. Too many unknown variables to plan out the routine when coming in in relief. It's not the end of the world, just not my preference.

Unless Forret pitches Sunday on 4 days' rest, his regular season looks done at 1573 pitches and 95.2 innings.     Probably ibid Luis De Leon, who worked 1476 pitches and 84.1 innings.    Without checking game logs, I doubt either one of those guys have done that much if at all this season.

Forret let in a few runs and had strong peripherals last night.    He's a bit of a unicorn as a young pitcher Elias let go a long way, set up in part by the player's decision to go JuCo and be asked for more by a college coach in "13th" grade.

You have to drop the innings filter to 50 to get another Age 20 Orioles pitcher to show up in 2024 - Yaqui Rivera and Juan Rojas.
