No I am 99.9% sure it’s only for series 2 games or more. If we didn’t play it wouldn’t count as a full series.

Backup plans will be put in play but it still sucks.  

Looking like Friday will be good! I definitely hope so, got some company going to that game (also traveling over a thousand miles) and there’s currently a 6% chance of rain Friday, so we might be fine!

Me neither but 2 does if you dont have a chance to play the third. This is not Washington, this was scheduled as  a 3 game series.

The third game will be played in July and count as part of this series, IIRC.

No, that was the playoffs. This streak is for the regular season. No one has to stop with it because you are crying about it.  It will end when the regular season streak ends.

Honestly, it’s all pretty arbitrary.  The key is, whenever the streak ends, we hopefully will nevertheless continue to play consistently winning baseball.

I want the streak to end as much as anyone bc I am sick of hearing about it.

That said, I thought if we lose tomorrow then we have been swept bc the rescheduled game is now part of the July series?

Both teams have an off day Thursday. Don’t know why the game wasn’t rescheduled for then.
