Try deleting your browsing history, cookies and cache.  If you use Chrome it's easy to do.  If you're not sure how to do it then just google how to do it.  That should solve the issue, but if it doesn't then I'll defer to Tony or someone else.

I did that several times. It seems to work for a bit then starts up again.
