Agreed, the sloppy baseball were seeing isn’t just the errors although those are plenty bad. It’s just bad fundamentals. It’s not clean and I don’t know why because last season it was clean.
part of the problem is that they’ve made offense priority and they are accepting bad defense as the price of good offense. The problem is that they’re not getting the good off. Mayo and holiday and Kiersted are all bad on defense and management seems to be saying that’s OK as long as they hit well. But it’s not OK and that’s why we are under 500 for the last 55 games or so
