Crochet throws 4 shutout innings vs the Tigers, but they greet the White Sox reliever with 2 in the 5th to take a 2-0 lead (still batting).

Some guy named Deloach homers to cut the lead in half.  2-1 Tigers, top 6th.

Silver lining: Minnesota's bullpen is stretched paper thin by the 13-inning game last night. Baldelli probably would like to stay away from top guys Dhuran, Jax, and Sands. If the late innings roll around and Detroit and KC have already won, those guys are for 100% sure super-duper unavailable.

1st career HR for Deloach. Which reminds me, Albert Suarez gave up home runs to Nicky Lopez and Dominic Fletcher in his disaster start against the White Sox. Both of those guys have 200+ at bats and just one home run. I have no way of looking this up but could this be the first time two teammates have had only one home run in 200+ at bats and the home runs were given up by the same pitcher in the same game?
