I think a lot of what we saw from Tillman last year was nerves, after all at 21 years old its tough to trust your stuff against big leaguers.

That was sort of a nonsensical comment by Tom Davis. He praised the Orioles for "conning" people into thinking Atkins was going to play 3B, and then signing Tejada. I don't understand what he means by that.
