I know we usually suck in the ACC tournament, but this is pitiful. The team hasn't looked this bad since December.

We were down 15 before to Clemson. Just cant get down 20. If that happens we will just sleep in the second half. Meanwhile the announcers are all over GT's jock. Coming out of the gate they were like GT needs this game. And they have it. We arent prepared for this.

Georgia Tech getting stupid luck combined with Maryland playing like a 12 and under girls team and you've got a near 20-point deficit going into halftime. Sad showing.

But is it too late to overcome that eventual shift? Still a half to play, but Maryland doesn't look like a team that can do anything right at the moment. hell, we can't even dribble without turning it over.

This looks exactly like the first Duke game. We can't hit a shot, and they can't miss.

The difference is that Tech isn't as good as Duke, and overall Maryland has been playing good defense (at least through the first 12-15 minutes or so).

If those threes and fifteen-footers start dropping the Terps have a great shot to come back. Both the bump in scoring and confidence, and the loosening of the defense inside to at least get some better looks and some fouls on the Tech bigs.

I've seen MD teams come back from 19 in the 2004 ACC tournament to win.

Let's just get prepared for the NCAA's...I was expecting a loss anyways. Hopefully this reminds them that losing happens so they can get ready. They were on a looong winning streak.
