4/30: Red Sox at O's

I live in NE so had to watch the game on NESN since my MLB EI of the Orioles broadcast was blacked out. On the pre-game the conclusion to the analysis was that the O's are terrible and Sox fans should expect a sweep.

Also, on the radio and TV this week the Sox sports reporters basically said the sox should have swept the Orioles the last time they played, and I'm thinking, uh, the Orioles could have easily swept the Sox! Then they show the stats from the series and the Sox hit .281 and the O's .331 and the big difference in hits.

I will bet any amount of money that the Sox won't sweep this series.

What a great game. Dunno if anyone caught the three guys banging on the 3rd baseline wall, that was me.

But even with all the bad in this game, it was one of the best I have been to in a long time. It feels so great beating Boston, especially with a good crowd that I thought had a decent showing of O's fans.
