So much for a promising inning. A really crooked number was needed there. The pitch trajectories on Gameday looked like fireworks going off - all the frig over the place. I'll be quite upset if he composes himself next inning.

*SUCKS* has got to lead the league in runners stranded in scoring position. I have never seen such consistent futility.

And really bad swings!!!! It's not like he's crushing the ball right at people. I've seen him get into nice hitting counts, get a fastball, and completely look fooled.

It's still odd to see Darnell McDonald playing for the Sox. Anyone else think Lackey has looked horrible this entire year? We've made him look good somehow.
