Closer plz? I know he hasn't done well in the past, but I'd give him another shot for sure!

If Gonzo can show some consistency in the setup man position, we could jettison Gregg and put Jim Johnson in for closer. It would be fantastic, I think.

The unfortunate reality is that, unless recent events have woken up our FO, Kevin Gregg is going nowhere fast. He'll be with this ball club much longer than anyone would like him to be.

Isn't this Gonzo's last year? I highly doubt he's resigned, at least not at what he's making now. As for JJ, is he better off as the potential closer or continue to stretch him out for a starting rotation spot next year?
