LJ Hoes...

Although I was fine with the trade with Houston, I must admit that I will miss watching LJ Hoes, who was one of my favorite players in the minors to follow - went to check on his progress so far.

59 ABs - .288/.300/.407/.707

A very solid start for LJ - seems like going to Houston will be good for him. He also has 4 SB and 1 CS - he could be a table setter for Houston.

Bump... Hoes is on a 9 game hitting streak, and his current slash line is classic L.J. Hoes: .290/.343/.381. That's pretty much the player I expect him to be, but the fact that he's doing it at age 23 suggests that maybe he can do a little better in the OBP/SLG categories.
