(Prospect) catcher Jonah Heim was earlier reported to need surgery after an injury on the basepaths. He has been in a foam boot since then, but with no surgery. Monday's MRI showed that he is now ready to resume baseball activities and has been sent to Sarasota.

That is really great. Glad to hear.

Quick update, Jonah was officially cleared this morning by the Baltimore foot specialist to resume baseball

rehab in Sarasota. Boot is gone, and his 12 week fracture healed in 8 weeks. It's a full go, feeling blessed.
