I mentioned in the lineup thread earlier, it's frustrating to have Adam in the 3 slot. He's just driving everything into the ground and idk what that stats say but it seems he's very likely to end up in a DP. Also we all know what is gonna happen on the first pitch. SWING!

Ha, I was right. He leads all of MLB with 7 GIDP.

And that's with playing in 6-8 games LESS than every other player near the top of the list.

7 GIDP for Jones this year in about 20 games played. He averages about 15 over the course of an entire season, so this is bad. Rally killer.

That's was Jones' 7th GIDP on the year, which does in fact lead the league. It is a major problem.

Jones is not a third place hitter at the moment. He needs to be sixth or seventh.
