Richard Rodriguez not selected in Rule 5

I am glad to see this.  I think he can help the O's depth next year.

6-2, 2.53 ERA, 81.2 IP. 65 H, 25 BB, 81 SO, 1.10 WHIP at Norfolk last year.

Some say he is nothing special but as far as I can tell he led the International League in IP and WHIP for relievers.

He looked great in Norfolk when I've seen him. He should be up this year, I think

It's just hard to crack our bullpen.  I could see him being added at some point this year when we inevitably need fresh arms.  I think we'll add him to the 40 man before he can be a milb FA.  He probably has a better future than a guys on the 40 man right now like Bridwell and Acquino.

He was a milb free agent this off season and resigned by the Orioles.
