Amazing how in high pressure situations sometimes something goes awry...it surprised the Yankees just enough to make the throw take a short hop.

You are not going to get many chances against Chapman. With Altuve running, it was the right call to send him, even if he's out.

Against another pitcher, you hold him at third. Against Chapman you send him. Worst case, you are going to extra innings with your bullpen rested.
