No love for Tippy Martinez in your bullpen? I only picked one so I went with Britton.

I remember Tippy, but didn't see the 3 pickoffs, don't remember anything else special that stands out.

Cool was just curious because I could never put Cuellar ahead of Tillman or Bedard even though I never saw Cuellar pitch.

Cuellar has been a vastly underrated pitcher since his career ended.  He won a Cy Young Award for goodness sakes.  He was a great--not good--but great pitcher in his prime years which were thankfully in Baltimore.

I have them all to choose from. Admire Moose Milligan's WAR approach but I'll just shoot from the hip (gut):

IF: Brooks, Cal, Alomar, Powell

OF: FRobby, Blair, Singleton

DH: Nelson Cruz

C Hoiles, Wieters

SP: Palmer, Cuellar, McNally, Key, Barber

RP: S.Miller, A.Miller, Olson, Britton, Johnson, Myers, Wilhelm, Richert

Bench: Anderson, Grich, Baylor, Aparicio, Gentile

The OP calls for "favorite", not necessarily "best".  With that in mind:

C - Rick Dempsey

1B - Boog Powell

2B - Davey Johnson

3B - Brooks Robinson

SS - Cal Ripken, Jr.

OF - Frank Robinson

OF - Adam Jones

OF - John Lowenstein

DH - Lee May

Bench - Elrod Hendricks, Terry Crowley, Gary Roenicke, Kiko Garcia

SP - Jim Palmer, Dave McNally, Mike Flanagan, Milt Pappas, Dennis Martinez

RP - Dick Hall, Tippy Martinez, Eddie Watt, Moe Drabowsky, Gregg Olson, Zach Britton, Grant Jackson

Manager - Earl Weaver

Thought this would be fun.   Here’s the all time single season WARioles:

1B: Eddie Murray 1984, 7.1

2B: Bobby Grich 1973, 8.4

3B: Brooks Robinson 1968, 8.4

SS: Cal Ripken Jr. 1991, 11.5

LF: Don Buford 1971 & BJ Surhoff 1999, 5.1

CF: Paul Blair 1969, 7.1

RF: Frank Robinson 1966, 7.7

C: Chris Hoiles 1993, 6.8

P: Jim Palmer 1975, 8.4

Not a single guy from this century.

You should change century to millennia.
