Who Martin?  I’d rather have Urena and Valaika over him. Martin hits like a NL SP and plays below average-average defense at SS. Martin is 25. There are milb FA, mlb FA, and players off the waiver wire that are better. 

We should DFA Martin. I’m starting to not like the Rule 5 draft because it marries GMs to the player for 1+ years. You gotta know when to cut bait.

Urena looks like he has shown a little pop throughout his stops in the minors, but nothing impressive above AA.  Not a lot of OBP skills either.  23 is still young though.  Seems toolsy.
