Look at him hit the mitt on almost every one of those strikeout pitches. Looks like a man against boys. He needs to be moved up to AA, because in all honestly, if he throw four pitches like that he belong in the majors right now, but since that's not going to happen, let's get him against some better hitters.

Barring health (and many other things surely) yea it’s starting to look like his ceiling is astronomical. But that’s obviously best case scenario. Very exciting to watch him develop. Wouldn’t shock me if he’s the number one “pitching prospect” in all of baseball by next spring  

Also looks like he’s cleaned up his arm action a bit and toned down the drastic Ubaldo-esque arm dip before getting his arm into throwing position. Hoping/guessing that’s helped his command?

Yep..he should be in AA very soon.  I just wonder if they will oblige with that?

Yeah Ryan Weathers who was picked 4 slots ahead of him is pitching in the majors tonight and both were drafted out of high school.  Weathers was more refined coming out of high school but I don’t see him as being 3 levels farther up the chain the Greyson.  Weathers went directly from A ball in 2019 then to majors this season.  The Padres are in different situation for sure but if he isn’t in Bowie by end of month the way he is pitching I will be upset.
