I'd really like to see a better bat behind Mountcastle.  It is too easy for pitchers to pitch around him.  Early in the year, he was much less patient and chased these bad pitches.  He seems to be working pitchers better now and not chasing balls out of the zone.  He still does that on occasion but his walk rate has improved.  It would just be nice to have an offensive threat behind him in the order.

Buckner was voted worst umpire in three player surveys, most recently in 2010. I think he's as bad as anybody.
