Hartman was reinstate to the AAA roster.   That was not clear.  Its in Roch's blog.

Yeah but how did he pitch? Lol. Hope he gets another shot. He was throwing 96-97.

Perhaps they think he passes waivers and they keep him. Anderson was claimed by SD. 
I hope he gets a chance also.
