I think you're referring to the Lew Ford Law, and I'm pretty sure it doesn't go that far.

I believe you’ve often felt they over valued players likely arbitration results.

Well, I have taken issue with MLBTR in a few specific cases over the years where I felt they were way out of line — Villar after the 2019 season, Mancini last year, and Gausman one time, for example.   I didn’t think anything they said this year was crazy, though they’ve been high so far on the current and former O’s.   I suspect they’re a bit high on Mancini again this year, but not by some crazy amount.
