In addition to what SG mentioned all of the behavior that has made the Angelos name synonymous with bad ownership over the years.  Vetoing trades, prohibitions on longer contracts for pitchers, approach to medical evaluations, personally inserting themselves into negotiations for players they have an affinity for, etc...
