Oh for sure.  A lot of the Angelos' and the franchise's PR problems would go away with a consistently succesful franchise.  In normal circumstances I would say virtuall all their problems would disappear, but this franchise is so poorly ran outside of baseball OPs, even on field success won't squelch all of the criticism.
