I just got back and realized Frazier started in RF. lol

WT actual F is going on when Henderson, who looks lost at the plate is starting against a lefty and Santander, who at least historically has hit left-handers.

Thanks God Franchy Cordero was let go so the Orioles could never play Stowers and then keep Bemboom and now Frazier is starting in RF against a lefty. Wow.

Gunnar looks lost right now. You could tell he was trying to look for off speed. And just watched fastballs sail right by him. Maybe give him one more go against a righty and then let him sit for a couple to do some more cage work? Right now he’s clueless and almost and automatic out. When was the last time he hit a ball with authority? … Last Friday?

I keep thinking of the people who said the Orioles didn't need another starting pitcher and they had enough already. I thought Kremer would play a key role though.

Yeah.  Like I said, I thought Kremer would be a solid piece this year with an ERA around 3.80-4.15.

I don't think anyone really thought he'd be this bad.  I also don't think anyone thought that G-Rod would start in Norfolk and that the only reason he'd be up because Bradish hit the 15 day IL.

I didn't think our pitching would be this bad so far.

He can't be that lost with that walk rate.

I don't understand the logic of sending Gunnar down. No one is pushing his spot on the roster, and he has nothing left to prove against minor league pitchers. If the idea is that he's going to go down there and get some confidence from mashing the ball, I think you're more likely to shake his confidence by demoting him after this long. And imagine if he didn't hit down there. Let him work it out, that's where we're at as a team anyway.

The Orioles have no chance to compete this year if Gunnar isnt going to be a star.  We dont lose anything by playing him.  I say keep him here till the end of May at the earliest.  If he isnt hitting .200 with some pop at June first then we have a major problem and some serious reevaluation may be in store.
