Jud Fabian deserved the promotion and I’m excited to see him at Bowie. Hopefully an upcoming Fabian bobblehead promotion.

Glad to see Prieto get moved up; I was beginning to worry he would just get forgotten down in Bowie. He's 24 and was putting up a Ted Williams batting average and a Joe DiMaggio hit streak in the Cuban league three years ago before hitting everything at AA this year, so it's certainly time for him.

He's one of the few guys I'm willing to speculate there might not be room for in Baltimore, but hopefully he can showcase his hitting ability in Norfolk. Other teams will surely be interested if he can keep hitting like this at AAA.

Holliday is just in a horrific slump, despite all the walks, or you figure he would be moved today.  Still I think he’s moved soon enough.

Norfolk has too many infielders now. Usually means Elias send up a third catcher.

There’s no hurry.  Mid-July would be plenty soon enough.   Hopefully he starts hitting better and warrants it.

Norfolk has no third catcher right now, with Godoy being in Baltimore and Kolosvary electing free agency.

I'm thinking we will see some releases.

Agreed.  A lot of churn going on around the league currently too. And the FCL talent is starting to push up too.

Bemboom is still in Norfolk, along with Handley.

Bemboom was in Aberdeen on Thursday when I went to the game.   Maybe on a rehab assignment?
