We are getting pitched to! Theses last two games their starters have been that good. Sometimes you gotta tip the cap and give credit where credit is due.

Also, I think the luster is coming of the O’Hearn shine. Might be time for a replacement soon… uh um… Cowser/Kjerstad soon?

He was great but that 90 MPH fastball down the middle to Gunnar should have been deposited in over the RF Scoreboard for a 2-1 lead.

Could have been and I wish it was. But the guy was awesome over 7. This Twins series is exposing my greatest fear. Can we win 1-0, 2-1 type games against good teams with pitching like these when it matters most?

I'm the exact opposite.  My greatest fear is can we win 1-0, 2-1 type games with hitting like these when it matters most.

If the pitching point gives up 1 or two runs a game,  then the loss is on the offense,  and not the pitching.   Os pitching has done their job this game so far.

Kyle Bradish was very good this game and last game he was even better. However, last night's starter was abysmal and Wednesday's was equally as bad. Sometimes you are going to have to hold opponents who have very good pitching to 1 or 0 runs.

I agree and he’s valuable just as a defensive asset.

Urias could be our 3B until Holliday is ready. It looks to me like Gunnar is more than capable of manning SS and Westburg could man 2B. I see no problems with this alignment whatsoever.

I don't think we can.  I mean the pen is very top heavy with Felix.  Then there's a gap.  Coulombe.  Then Cano (he needs to earn his way back to the top as he has not been sharp for quite awhile).

After that there's a sizable gap and we have unreliable pitchers.

And of course our rotation doesn't inspire confidence.  It's amazing we are where we are.

We need SP and Relief, and probably another bat.
