When you have no swing-and-miss stuff going for you and one of the best hitting teams in baseball is putting the bat on the ball, bad things happen. Of the 9 singles, the xBA off all but 2 was well over .400.

Can't see what team would want him -- he's that bad now.  Maybe Houston as bad as Abreu has been this year.  Even the bad teams have first basemen as better or as good as Mountcastle this year.
