Hyde again managing this game like it’s a 1 run game. Why take Perez out at 13 pitches? You have an 8 run lead.

They did make a trade that got announced after 6pm.   Picked up a reliever, Middleton, from the White Sox.   Kind of odd, bullpen was already the strength of the team, they had many more pressing needs.

My guess is Krehbiel is getting optioned, so might as well use him up.
