Let me tell you, and I hope this isn't a jinx...but Means is pitching well...and certainly better than Flaherty...who might be demoted from the rotation and replaced by Means...

I often think they are watching the game threads because they mention the same things we talk about way too much to be coincidence. One time I even mentioned a stutter in the broadcast feed in the game thread, and within minutes, they fixed it on MASN.

Wonder if Flaherty will get the usual boost of 2mph pitching out of the pen?

 

Wonder if he can throw enough strikes to be efffective out of the pen.  Not sure who I want to drop to make a place for him.

Surprised Gunnar didnt run to second.  The kid lives for the extra base.  Its going to be a sad day when he is 38 and his wheels breakdown and he doesnt take the extra base as much.
